When it became apparent that I will be needing glasses I tried the chain stores and was very disappointed by my experience. All of them were trying to push expensive frames instead of working within my budget. I was very disappointed until I made a visit to the Optical Showcase store. The Optician, Diana Evans was most helpful and understanding of my needs. She took her time to show me all the frames that would fit my budget and explained the details of the prescription. And when the glasses were not giving my the correct vision, she exchanged the lenses a few times without any extra charge. Diana

Broke my glasses on Oct 28, none of the so called big optical giants could get me get a new new pair before I travelled on Nov 1, they didnt even try to help. Optical Showcase stepped up to the challenge and delivered not one pair but a back up pair as well on Oct 30th. The frame selection was narrowed down quickly, with help from staff. As for the lens, i didn't know there was a quality difference until i put on the glasses, and wow. The professionalism, knowledge, skill and and next level customer service demonstrated by Optical Showcase set a new bar by which i judge all other optical companies

Family owned business with over 30 +++ years experience. They have a lab on site with an amazing selection. They are super fast, friendly and kind.
We went in for an adjustment. They didnt charge us. They explained why the glasses were losing the adjustment, how to clean/maintain the lenses.
It was so kind of them to help us.
