The very best in service, knowledge and customer care. I was blown away by the attention to detail with regards to my eye measurements to ensure exact fitting. The husband and wife team at Metroptical are very knowledgeable, and efficient. Eric explained and showed me why the lenses in my eyeglasses purchased from a big discount store were defective, and why I should never have trusted my eyes to a uncaring retailer. On another occasion Eric was able to repair my mother's broken eyeglass frame when other optical stores told us that the frames were beyond repair. They are the dynamic duo at Metroptical!

I have never received such wonderful customer service. Eric went above and beyond to ensure I found the right pair of frames for myself. I am so happy with my glasses. If you are looking for an excellent personalized experience look no further. I have never experienced this level of customer service while looking for my optical needs. Eric went above and beyond my optical experience from start to finish, exercised extreme patience while helping me choose the correct frame for me, and educated me thoroughly on lens care. I recommend that everyone should go here as the prices, service, and experience were amazing. They even have an eye doctor available in the same facility that does an amazing job as well. I cannot thank Eric, Orly and James enough! I made an appointment for a family of four to have our eyes checked. They all acknowledged our kids! We left needing a first pair of glasses for our 5 year old...as parents we so felt bad not noticing he needed glasses! I returned the next day and Eric helped us choose out glasses and made our son feel so special! He took the time to listen to our son and what he wanted....he even offered him a job when he's older! He hasn't stopped telling people how Eric is having glasses made specially for him. We are so excited to continue going to Metro Optical!
