I took my 13 year old son for hair cut and asked a lady to cut my son's hair with scissors rather than the machine. I showed a photo of the style my son wanted, and she said the price will be $15.75. She said she will do the haircut herself and asked my son to take a seat. I left to come back later. What made me upset was that somebody else did the hair cut instead, somebody who hadn't see the picture and thus cut his hair differently. Also they asked for $31 from my son. When I went there, they said the cost was $31 because they cut his hair with scissors, even though they originally told me it

I went yesterday for heena mehndi. Very very bad service. She was very rude with me and with my friend. She said she will only apply her own designs and was arguing with my friend. She done a very terrible job as you can see in the picture below. I am very disappointed. In the end she was asking to pay $60. Very poorly trained staff. Not at all happy.

I usually love this salon and frequently go here for my eyebrows and my hair services. I usually love their service and especially their prices, and of course they do an amazing job.
Every 4-5 months I get the same thing: A trim, a colour (solid brown), and usually eyebrows.
The lady did an amazing job! However when it came to paying the cost was much higher than normal, so I ask "what's the breakdown"?
1. She didn't even give me a specific breakdown
2. She said it cost $35 to straighten my hair because it's long
I advised her that when she asked me "Would you like your hair straightened"

A friend of mine recommended me to get my hair done here, and I love this place now! The staff are really friendly, and care for their clients. I got my haircut and highlight here and I have to say, they give fantastic haircuts and highlights. She did an amazing job making sure I got what I wanted, with great prices!

They do good threading.
Hair... is mediocre. I've been sitting here getting g highlights for 3.5 hours now. I'm so frustrated. When they washed and then dried my hair, the girl somehow managed to get all my hair in the back tangled super bad. Then asked for help trying to untangle it. Then left me in the dryer for about 45 minutes even after it had stopped. The girl taking out my foils is washing out some of them with a damp cloth while ripping out and pulling my hair as well.
I'm greatly disappointed about today's experience.
Sad part is that I'm paying them big buck to do my hair.

Me and my mom had party makeup and hair styles to attend a western wedding.My daughter had brides maid hairstyle.It turned out very good.Everly one praised us in the party.Gurpret and staff are very friendly and professional. :) :) They are fluent in English, Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi.
Highly recommended specially for Desi Indian/Pakistani people.

Ladies working have no idea what they are doing. they make mistakes and gurpreet doesnt apologise. i had hair cut and highlite. they screwed my hair and colour wasnt what i asked for. i walked out disappointed. and there price was too high.
