New Vision is a family run business established in 1996 as one of the first beauty salons on Fraser Street in the heart of South Vancouver. It quickly gained popularity and has since established itself as one of the top hair salons in the South Van community. The salon has grown to offer several services such as hair care, skin care, hair removal, bridal & non-bridal makeup, and nails.

Went in to get my daughter's hair fixed after she cut it. The woman who fixed it did a wonderful job and she was super kind! All the ladies were awesome and nice! I would definitely recommend this place!
This is definitely our top place to go now for all things hair! Went again and the women who I think may be the owner? Was amazing! She not only did an amazing job but she really cared about doing my girl's hair properly. She was very meticulous and cared that she got it right! 5 stars is not enough!

New Vision Salon is the the OG salon of Vancouver and my go to for ALL my beauty needs. While they are very well known for flawless eyebrow threading and waxing, I highly recommend tapping into their other services like hair, makeup, and nails. The owner has a multitude of talents and decades upon decades of experience in the field and is a true pioneer in the esthetic industry. Additionally, every employee I have been served by are indeed top of the line experts and listen to client needs and specific desires very well. They follow all instructions and customize the service to cater to your needs

Quality hair cuts. One of the many hair places along Fraser street. They do threading very fast if that's something you're looking for. I tried it once to see what it's like but not sure if I would do it again. Not due to the quality of it. They did a great job but it not something I think I'm interested on regular basis.

The lady was very unprofessional. I went there to get my eyebrows cleaned (threading). She took less than 1 min to do my eyebrows and she didn’t even thread my left eyebrow. She hurt me so badly. I literally have scars on my brow bone. Eyebrows were uneven and she didn’t even thread properly. Charged me 7$ for nothing. Service is so bad. I will never go there again and I will not recommend anyone going there.

I called ahead of time to make sure it was a good time to get my eyebrows threaded. They told me yes to come. I was 10 mins early. I sat on the couch for 30 mins as they let people they knew budge ahead of me. Letting people go ahead of me while I was there and waiting is unacceptable. Very unprofessional and very rude ladies working there. When it finally was my turn the lady doing my eyebrows answers her ringing cell phone and starts a full on conversation on her phone. To top it off my eyebrows were uneven. I should have walked out.

Post pandemic - they sanitize each seat thoroughly. Very clean. The workers wear masks and they expect clients to do so as well (but it's not enforced). I had my eyebrows done after almost 6 months (where I just plucked it myself) and the person doing my eyebrows took her time and did a great job, despite only doing eyebrows for 3 or 4 weeks. I had butchered my eyebrows and she did a great job repairing them.

After reading all the reviews, i went there for brows threading and waxing. The lady there wanted to give me fast service but instead in her speed and carelessness she burned my skin with hot wax and spoiled my brows, even after pointing and telling her that still there are hair left , she didn’t even bothered to do my brows properly. Will rate zero for the quality, will never go again. Worst experience of salon so far in my life.
