I usually get my eyebrows done here. They do a good job but you could be a bit cheerful and chatty with your customers. Depressed long face does not help!

Pathetic service I would say. I got my eyebrow done here, she completely ruined one of the brow. The another staff member suggested me using the pencil to cover my eyebrow as she removed half line of hair from where the brow starts. How can they allow trainees to work on clients face without any supervision? It is someone’s face not a dummy to try on it.

I just got my brows done today, the old lady i think she may be the owner , Freaking Thin my whole brows, Not only that I she didn’t even wipped my hairs off the face, And of course why would these ppl even put any lotion or cream after completing brows. I would really not recommend.

Horrible experience for haircut. I got layers from the owner i asked her to atleast straighten my hair bcz she said we can’t blow dryer due to govt. orders for covid. She didn’t even straighten my hair. I came home and then after straightening i saw the layers are not equal from both sides and haircut looks so bad. I am really upset. I m not gonna go there again.

Staff not very friendly, They will just ask you eyebrows? No hello, No greeting and not even a single word. Even being a regular customer they won’t talk to you to make you feel comfortable.
Threading, waxing part is Ok

I went to this place for quite some time and they ruined my eyebrows. They teach women on how to do eyebrows and most of them don't listen to what the customer wants. The owner and her daughter are amazing at threading but no one else.

Please don’t waste your time and money at this salon. I had the most horrible experience today. I went in for a root touch up and I walked out with a bright orange head! The touch up was sloppy and blotched. I called them an hour later and went back the same day to get it fixed. The people here are rude with zero customer service skills. They weren’t able to fix my hair so I ended up going elsewhere. Prices are cheap because they are incompetent!
