Drop-off and pick-up services are also available by appointment.

4. If the visual inspection is clear then the Tympanogram test will be done. This test tells the clinician how well the eardrum and other structures in the middle ear are working. The hearing test will then begin if the Tympanogram is clear. The hearing test involves the patient sitting in a sound proof booth wearing headphones.
