Tim Coffey is the most incompetent, belligerent, and arrogant property manager. As an owner harbourside was uncommunicative and ineffective, as a council member harbourside was unprofessional and a detriment to our property, and as a seller they jeopordized our sale. Harbourside's pricing is on par with the majority of other property managers but are uncompetitive and offer no online portal and terrible service overall. Do not hire Harbourside for any reason.

I have just let my first property and I was truly impressed of how easy and smooth they made the process appear. They took care of everything from regulations, inspections and advertizing. I had to do very little and my house was let within a couple of weeks. Thank you.

Over the past 9 years Harbourside was our property manager. Tim and his team go above and beyond in their role.
