Why should it cost more to take one sofa than 50 bricks? We can do it cheaper and better by using trailers? We also Recycle & Re-use everything we can and whenever possible we donate gently used goods to charities.

Our Junk Removal and Waste Disposal services are based on the weight of the load, unlike other waste management companies that base their rates on the volume of the load. It never made any sense to us that the landfill and transfer station rates are based on weight, but other rubbish and junk removal companies rates are based on volume.

Rubbish Removal & Recycling we do things a little different than the other guys. By limiting the use of hydraulics on our trailers and limiting the size of the load, we have become better at recycling. Each and every load is hand sorted for recycling. I needed to rent a disposal bin as I was redoing my front lawn. I contacted Tidy Trailers and right from the conversation with the office assistant to arrange for the right size bin for my needs and then to the delivery and finally pick up of the bin all was flawless and professional! Just wanted to pass on the awesome service I received from Kyersten at TidyTrailers! She really provided excellent customer service! We found out very suddenly that we had to move out of the city. The process was extremely stressful. She took the time to really listen to our needs, provide the best service and was super patient with all my questions. She offered great suggestions and advice and her kind words really helped out in a stressful situation. The bin arrived promptly, and I had no idea all the things I could put in there. She was very clear about the restrictions and pick-up details.

I've lost count of how many times I've hired this company (many) and each experience has been a 10+. The staff is amazing, they're incredibly helpful and friendly. I've lost a lot of money on other junk removal companies in the past (before I learned about Tidy) and haven't looked back since my first booking with Tidy. I had called around and they had the best prices and the kindest most compassionate service and understanding employees. I have used tidy trailers twice already for two bins My mother is a hoarder, so I plan on using them a lot. The first bin weighed 3.6 tons and the second weighed 3.9 tons. They picked them up and exchanged them as soon as I had called. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of any removal large or small. Thank you very much for all your help!
