Our heating failed during the holidays which is already a cold and chaotic season as it is, but Atwood-Gravel came out as soon as they could to diagnose our furnace issues. They told us it could be a week and even offered other business names to call to see if anyone could help us get our new unit quicker, but they called us back the same day and told us they had one unit in stock and it would be in the next day. We were already pretty loyal customers to them, but they really went above and beyond to help us out. I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone living in the Ottawa area!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I was charged $350 for an inspection and quoted another $1000 for getting a new evaporator. Wasn't explained that inspection was charged hourly (oh well, I guess I should have asked first, thought it will be just as standard).
Technician was taking his time when performing the work. 2 hours was spent doing max 1.5 hour work, and half an hour getting stuff back to the truck and doing invoice, and was charged 2.5 hours. To the owner's defense, I was charged 1/2 hour extra for travelling to my house, where my house is only 10 mins away from his address!
