We had to move an upright piano from Richmond to Vancouver and Music Box was recommended by a friend. Christine, the lady over the phone, was professional and highly productive. She booked us in right away with a date and time right away. She called the day before to provide the pick up and delivery time. Morris and the two other movers came on the day, were friendly and careful. They were highly skillful movers with pianos. They were in and out in seconds. We were impressed!

What a great experience we had with Music Box. First, received a call a day before to confirm our appointment between 8-9. The guys showed up at 8:30..perfect!
I initially thought this process was going to take a while because living in a townhouse which is narrow, needing to navigate 14 steps and a tight turn is not easy. They created a plan and got it done in less than half an hour and no damage. Wow.
The best part was how personable these guys were and always had smiles. Like I said...what a great experience and they made it look so easy.
Would definitely recommend.

As my five-star experience matches the previous reviewers, Music Box Piano Movers are a proven, consistently remarkable and experienced team. First Act: they turned up right on schedule and maneuvered a large, heavy upright piano into my house along a tricky winding, narrow stone-lined pathway, then up several front steps into the front of our house. Second Act: a delicate and truly awesome ballet, flipping the piano onto its end and pirouetting the piece through a double set of angled doorways into final position. Final Act: they took the time to assist me in refitting a door and cleaning up.

When I bought a secondhand upright piano, these guys did a great job of moving it to its new home. The owner was friendly and organized, and his price was just over half of the other piano movers I called. They gave hour-long pickup and delivery windows, and were on time with my piano.
Apparently most of their business is delivering pianos bought from music stores, so these folks seem to know their stuff. Plus, hiring them sure beats trying to move a piano yourself.
