Arthex is a third generation property Management Firm serving GTA since 1972. The Firm's inception took place in 1972 becoming one of the first property management company's specializing in managing corporations in Ontario. The founder of the company was Arthur Heximer hence the name Arthex. In 1983 Wayne Campbell R.C.M. acquired the company and incorporated the name style Arthex Property Management (1983).
After twenty five years of successfully managing thousands of units in 2008 Mr. Campbell sold the company to property management entrepreneur Georgio Kosmidis who has expanded the company to service up to South-western Ontario. Arthex is proud to be an ACMO, CCI, and IHM corporate member and has successfully obtained the prestigious ACMO 2000 Certification which distinguishes professional property management firms.

At Arthex we have a highly qualified executive team focusing on the unique abilities of each member to effectively achieve our mission. The Arthex team has a wealth of knowledge and most importantly over 100 years of experience in managing people and properties. We at Arthex believe in continuing education personally and professionally as a main objective to successfully manage our client's assets.
We specialize in property and asset management of town house, stacked, midrise and high-rise corporations. We manage properties from single to multiple residential and commercial properties up to 350 units. This is achieved through sound knowledge of the Condominium, and Tenant Acts. We are proud that all our managers have the R.C.M designations and have their Licenses from the C.M.R.A.O.

I am a roofing contractor whom just completed a 3 year project with Arthex Property Management. Dealing with Georgio and Johanna on a daily basis was very gratifying as they spent a lot of time in ensuring their tenants needs are put before the roofers. I had no issue with this as being a renter i found this amazing. In my line of business as long as the customer and their tenants are happy the easier they will make my life on the job.
