I tried the HIITFit with Melanie. I was scared AF but I am now hooked. The studio is located downstairs and has everything you see in a cross fit gym.

You workout in a rotation of 3 to 4 people. Melanie shows you each workout and comes around to correct your movements. It was a crazy intense workout but I thrived off of it. People are quite friendly and you go at your own pace (in your allotted time).

The time flew by. You work every part of your body and you push yourself. The vibes are super chill and it's nice to feel like a team.

I will come back to this gym!

Highly recommended gym for those seeking motivation to go for a great work out on a consistent basis. Class size and setting is small so you get a lot more guidance from the coach. This gym also has a good variety of classes and a clean shower and bathroom (important). Not the cheapest but I have enjoyed all my classes!

I love trying new classes, studios and things that challenge me physically. I also tend to try at least a few different classes at each place, but I've been doing just the PowerFit classes so far here- I love it that much!

Great instructors and fun workouts that will have you dripping sweat. I've gotten to try so much new equipment I'd always been curious about, so I'm extra pleased about that. Very welcoming environment, so while some equipment may look scary, the people certainlybaren't

I did a drop in class here while I was staying in Vancouver. I did one of the Powerfit classes on Wednesday June 20, 2018 at 6 am, which was instructed by Sarah.

While the facility is a bit small, it has all the equipment you need. Trap bars, a couple of squat racks, kettlebells, punching bags, a ski erg, air bikes and free weights. In addition, the change room is clean and has a couple of showers.

The class itself consisted of 6 stations with 2 exercises per station in a 45:15 set up and 4 sets per exercise. The workout itself was pretty good, and Sarah was very friendly and always watching

Just tried the Boxfit class a few days ago and it was a great intro class to boxing. The instructor allows you to go at your own pace. It is a nice small group of about 6 people so the instructor can focus on each person stance and hits. Towels and gloves are provided. In the beginning you do a few warm ups that include light jog around the gym and then you start learning a few basic punches and kick routines. In the end we partnered up to practice the punches and kicks and worked on a few round of drills. A great work out and what better to relieve some stress with some punches!
