Transfigure is a personal training and weight loss coaching service that adheres to the highest standards of practice. Some personal training services are generic in nature in that they aim to serve everybody. I don't! My approach is laser targeted towards the people that seem to benefit the most from my coaching services.
Private, one-on-one, 60 minute personal training is the most complete fitness solution available. It's all about YOU. My goal is to educate you and inspire you through the process to help you develop a dedication to healthy living. Private, one-on-one, 30 minute personal training is an ideal fitness solution for the busy and or budget-minded person.
According to dictionary.com, a personal trainer is: a person who works one-on-one with a client to plan or implement an exercise or fitness regimen. I couldn't agree more. While many fitness professionals have turned their attention to training groups of 4, 5, 6 or even more, I've maintained that my approach is all about you; the individual.
My partner training was born out of necessity; to help facilitate the increased demand for my personal training service. Recruit your family, a friend or co-worker and work together with your personal trainer to exercise safely and effectively. Have already experienced the benefits on one-on-one training and require slightly less individual attention.
This weight loss program is not for the bodybuilder, the athlete or anyone with unlimited time to focus on exercise and nutrition. This is for regular people, with busy lives who can't commit to rigid dieting and extensive exercise. My sister recommended Craig as a trainer. I always take her advice (not really). This time it was really good advice. I went to Craig with the goal of remaining healthy and improving my fitness. I want to be able to do what I do today 10 years from now. Craig took time to know my goal, and designed a program that challenges me and supports my new adventures in running. He takes pride in progress and has some entertaining stories to keep you motivated. When you leave your workout you will know you had one, and it feels great. After 10 months I am more fit, stronger, leaner and enjoying the workouts
