When reporting a claim during normal business hours, please call 613-733-3312. For after-hours assistance, please call the 24-hour emergency support numbers listed below. All claims should be reported to the police. Certain types of claims have a 24-hour time limit from when you first noticed the damage or when the incident occurred.
