Claude attended Wilfrid Laurier University and achieved an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in 1985. Over the years, he has taken advanced courses in tax practice (1998, 2003, 2008) to develop his expertise in tax knowledge. Claude is married with 2 children. Claude is fluent in French and enjoys spending his time travelling and being active with hockey, golf, and swimming.
