I was locked out of my apartment and called the number listed online. I got put through to an office person at a different location who put me through to a
cell phone, apparently for person who works at Denman location. This person answered his phone by yelling 'They're NOT supposed to put anyone through directly. CALL THE SHOP', then hung up.

Really excellent service. The owner here went above and beyond to get authorization for me to get me a high security key cut, she ended up having to call my landlord because my landlord sent me there when she shouldn't have, she should have gone there herself but anyways the owner was so nice and helpful and I only ended up paying $48 for high security keys when my landlord would of normally charged my $150! I think it is run by the lady and her husband. They seem very down to earth and don't want to waste anyone's time including their own.
