I usually go to a locksmith in Vancouver but every time I go there there is a wait. Better Lock is less busy but their prices are more compared to my usual go to Locksmith. They charged $30 for rekey. They do a really good job and the job is fast.
I took my lock there to get it rekey. It was done in 5 mins in and out. That was very impressive and speedy. If I went to my usually locksmith in Vancouver, it would have been 1 to 3 hours depending on how busy their day is.
Overall, everything worked great. I came home and installed everything.
I am happy and can sleep at night now.

These guys know their business. We had the wrong lock on our door at home and didn't know it. It has been a problem for almost 10 years. I went in to get some keys made and asked them about locks. They sold me the right lock and came out to install it the next day. I spoke to 3 different people at this business and they were all friendly, helpful and professional. We are very happy with our new lock and highly recommend this business.

One of the employees just wants to do his job and isn't the best at the customer service or friendliness side of the business. The other employee on the other hand has the customer service side down and is probably or should probably be the person that customers deal with.
Came here to get some locks rekeyed, make some spares and get a mailbox lock. All the prices (minus spare keys) were very similar to the prices at my locksmith in Vancouver. This was just closer to my client's house.
Conveniently located behind London Drugs in a paid lot ($2 for 2hrs).
They don't do returns
