Modulette deck tiles lend themselves perfectly to outdoor balconies. In fact, using them for condominium concrete surfaces is one of the most desired applications for our product lines. Designer Deck's installation methods do not require any tile to be fixed to an existing structure and because of this, condo owner's love em'!

Terrible experience on a balcony floating floor. Expensive and bad job.
First they installed a new product that started losing its colour after one year. It was at least properly installed.
They discontinued… the product.
They installed a new floor but they left a big gap at one end of the balcony and the planks move when we walk on them. They blame it on contacting and expansion but the weather has nit have radical changes. Besides we can tell what planks move.
I’m terribly disappointed. This was expensive and o t looks awful, it looks like I hired a couple of high school students

I am so impressed with this product, as well as quality of service and the level of professionalism. All my questions and concerns were immediately addressed and the installers were treating my home like it was their own. Both my balcony and the rooftop terrace were completely transformed into enjoyable space that I am proud of. I would recommend the company and the product to anyone.

We had Designer Deck install their flooring product on our condo balcony a few years ago and we were very happy. The installer called before he arrived, was on time, cleaned up the area and totally transformed our balcony. Prior to having the job done we hardly used our balcony, but once done we started using the space a few days a week. Thank you Designer Deck!

This company installs decks and also clean them yearly. While they do a good job of installation, the same cannot be said for their cleaning service. They sent me a reminder email which I followed up quickly only to be told that they had stopped their cleaning operation on September 1. The reminder letter came around that date with no mention of the fact that they were not servicing their product. Bizarre way if doing business
