Founded in 2002 by a group of four successful collision repair owners, CSN Collision Centres was established to assist independent collision repair facilities to improve their operations through performance assessments, ongoing training, and marketing initiatives. The R-M Refinish Warranty is offered only by those shops which meet the criteria necessary for certification. This includes the use of proper refinish materials, approved procedures and equipment, factory trained painters and more. It's your assurance of quality results, backed with a written warranty of satisfaction.
As the owner of a vehicle damaged in an accident, you are free to choose the shop where you wish to have your vehicle repaired. If, for example, your car has been towed to a particular facility, you are under no obligation to choose that shop for repair or refinish work. Your insurance company will inspect your vehicle at the facility of your choice.

I took my Escape into Miltowne Collision for a repair after I backed into a barrel of cement (yes that happened). My insurance company has Miltowne as a preferred auto repair shop and I am glad they do! From start to finish everyone I dealt with was friendly and the repairs were done on schedule! I had to rent a car and the process was seamless from when I dropped my car off to picking it up, it took very little effort on my part.
My car is cleaner than when I dropped it off, the work is excellent and they even managed to get the tree sap off of my window and gave me tips for any future sap mishaps

Went to Miltowne collision for front and side collision damage. By the time they were finished with it, it was pretty well flawless. Paint was excellent. Parts reached fit beautifully. Can't even tell there was previous damages. The staff at Miltowne were great too helping me out with info on the process, seeing that I've never had to bring in a vehicle for body repairs before this. Highly recommend their services.

Got a nice little parking lot dent on my rear passenger door (pretty close to the window). Went around all over town and even went to other towns (Cambridge, Guelph etc) to get quotes for a fix. Not only did miltowne give me multiple options (Paintless Dent Repair with touch up vs replacing the entire door panel), they were prompt and the lowest price (atleast for the work I needed). The quality was fantastic and they even wash your vehicle before it is ready for pick up. The technician I dealt with for options was very professional and polite, and the car was ready exactly when they said it would

I had my Subaru Legacy front passenger door repaired at Miltowne
Collision recently. The workmanship
was excellent and I also had some nice surprises. The car was detailed and so clean, I think it looked better than when I bought it second hand. But the best surprise was I had lost a favourite earring recently and
had no idea where I lost it. When I got in my car there was my earring I had lost sitting in
the centre console. I was so happy I almost cried. Thank you so much Miltowne Collision !! Highly highly recommend 😁

After getting rear ended, Miltowne Collision took care of getting my car fixed and back on the road. They coordinated all the rental car needs, explained what they would look at during the assessment, provided a detailed quote, kept the insurance company updated, and did a fabulous job repairing the damage. They even vacuumed and cleaned the inside! My car looks better now than when I first bought it! Great job guys! I was impressed!
