Took my car in last Thursday...told could be ready by following Tuesday, but got a call on Monday that it was ready. The service and professionalism shown to me by the staff was excellent! My car looks fantastic...cleaned thoroughly inside ... and sanitized... and washed outside before I picked it up.
I could not be happier and would definitely recommend Action to anyone requiring body-repairs.

George kept me apprised of the work every step of the way, Daisy was friendly and helpful and Carlson detailed the car so beautifully! I brought my jeep in for some accident repairs and left there with it impeccably detailed and professionally repaired. I took my pickup truck into Action Collision this past Monday & was thrilled with every aspect of the customer service, professionalism & body shop repair work from the drop off date until I picked my truck up 3 days later. The price was exactly what George said it would be & the portions of my front bumper & side panel that I had scratched & dented now look brand new! George was honest as he provided a fair quote based on a thorough inspection of the vehicle. He pointed out everything that needed to be done and didn't suggest doing anything more than what was necessary. The quality of the work was excellent and it was done on time. I highly recommend this body shop.

A few weeks ago I took my car in for an estimate regarding damage to my driver's side back bumper. I talked with Edmond and he gave me a very good estimate. He explained that the bumper would be removed, heated up and the dent poked out. While I was skeptical that this would work I decided to go ahead with the work. I took my car in on a Tuesday morning, and was shuttled to work, then picked up from work in the afternoon and driven back to Action.
