Avoid at all costs.... Was involved in a collision on the highway. Trinity towing towed the car to Oakville Collisions which is their neighbor. They told the insurance company it would be done by end of the following week, it took 2 months and 3 weeks to complete. Absolutely the worst customer service, dealt with Craig at the beginning then he vanished and had to deal with another women there. Was told my car would be ready at the end of the day, they left the keys in the open mailbox outside and the car parked out front. Taking my car to my mechanic to inspect as I don't feel comfortable driving

RUN! he had my truck for 82 days!! he did not complete the work my insurance paid for and charged me for work insurance did pay for. He's a snake oil salesman RUUUNNNNNN. the only 5 star ratings on here are from front desk employees, and tow truck drivers that get a commission for referral. I also just found out he forged my signature to endorse my insurance cheque!

Can you give zero stars? He had our car there for THREE months and they lied about the progress whenever we called. We finally went down there to see for ourselves if anything was happening and it looked like our car had been taken apart and left for dead. Then when the car was finally ready they told us it wouldn't be until 4 that day because they wanted to leave the keys in the car so they wouldn't have to face us. Absolutely disgusting service. If you get in an accident make sure your car does not get towed there.

After a fight with my underground parking, my car had some pretty nasty scratches and some denting on the rear quarter panel. The paint is a pretty specific colour and I was concerned that they couldn't match it properly. They did an amazing job and very fast. The staff was very professional and courteous. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if I do, I would take my car there again without hesitation.

he dealt with all the problems that arose (insurance company) he was in contact with me thru the entire process letting me know what was happening with my vehicle. My calls/texts/emails were always returned promptly with questions answered.
The work done to my vehicle following the accident was exemplary.
I have zero complaints and highly recommend rob and his staff to do any work on your vehicle(s)

Today, November 14, 2017 is 60th day of my car being in repair shop at Oakville Auto Collision. 60th (read sixtieth) day of repair. I have been driving for 27 years, used car repair shops on several occasions and I have NEVER EVER had a such experience. The owner and his staff would not reply to messages and text messages for day (or weeks). And when they did the story would always be the same - "We received wrong parts". I think I know the reason behidn the lengthy car repair and it is the storage fees the company charges either customers or insurance companies. In all honesty, there should be

Got into a parking lot collision that left my car with a fair amount of damage. Upon bringing it to OAC, Craig (Owner) was very comforting and honest with me about what needed to be done and the timely fashion in which his crew could complete the necessary work. Throughout the whole customer experience Craig and his staff went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. Would recommend OAC to anyone and I will be sure to return for any future needs. I have never been more impressed than I was last Thursday when I had an accident on my way to work. Rob came to my rescue. He pulled up beside me to see if I was okay, he stayed with me through the whole reporting process with the police. He was kind and very supportive. He arranged to have my car towed, spoke with my husband and the police on my behalf. He was so professional. When we arrived at his shop, there was a courtesy car waiting for me.
