I have been going to this place for the past 7 years. You would think they would value people as their customers/clients. Dr. Bagnell is an amazing vet but the front desk needs toe be taught a few things. They are rude, short and abrupt. All these people care is about money, no connection with our furry family.

I can't speak highly enough about Bagnell's both in the excellent care they took of my special girl and the kindness they've extended to my entire family. This is the second family member I entrusted in their care and by far they are heads and tails above all! I wouldn't consider any other doctors or the special devoted Bagnell people to care for my family! You truly become a part of the Bagnell Family and know you're in great hands...

We have been taking our cats here for over 17 years and we are on our 4th cat with them. All the staff and other are wonderful but Dr. Bagnell is quick to jump to negative conclusions and stares at you blankly when you’re explaining something to him. We brought our cat in for a tooth problem and were told a few months ago it should be pulled, then now we are told it’s not that bad it’s probably something else with no further information. There is no “bed side manor” for our pets anymore with him, it seems to be that putting them down and cancer is all that is on his mind. I would recommend

I feel so lucky to have found Bagnell Vet H. They’ve cared for my 6 yo boxer Rex since we moved here over 3 years ago. Rex has/had several health issues. They take such good care of him when needed and he wags his tail when arriving at the vet. We are treated like family. His gastrointestinal issues are sorted and he is so much healthier thanks to the Bagnell team. They are always available to see us even at short notice and answer all my neurotic questions with such patience. :) Now I have a second dog and we of course chose the Bagnell Team without question for her veterinary care. Very knowledgeable staff. Highly skilled, great customer service. A great partner for all your care and food or supplement requirements for your pet. Some boarding and care services available. In my neighborhood and we enjoy every visit. They really care about helping you to give your family member the best care.
