Literally the worst. All you expect from a taxi service (especially an airport taxi service) is to be punctual. I booked with this company days prior to the flight and on the day of we wait and see no taxi.. perplexed we call them to find out they had not even booked the reservation for the ride. The amount of stress caused by this is insane. It was quite clear that there was a miscommunication and they addressed it poorly. Please save yourself the trouble and use a different taxi service. Businesses like this can't afford to make mistakes that can potentially ruin someone's costly business/vacation

My wife travels A LOT for her job. One strategy we adopted was to retain a car service to simplify all the trips to the airport. We remind ourselves regularly what a great idea this was! For this strategy to work, of course, you need to make sure to have a reliable car service at the ready. Oakville Airport Taxi completely fill the bill...and then some. Since 2010, we've enjoyed truly excellent service from them. The drivers are 100% reliable, friendly and prompt. The cars are always fresh and clean. When you have a great experience, you return for more. We come to Oakville from Vancouver once a year (skipped last year) and have used Oakville airport taxi 2 times prior to this trip. They always exceed our expectations. The drivers are always helpful, they are courteous and professional. We feel safe driving with them, which you can't always say of a driver! They are friendly but not overly chatty that you feel they are trying to make conversation just because. It is so nice when you land, turn your phone back on and you have a message or text from the driver letting you know he is waiting.

My sister had booked a car for me when i was visiting her in Oakville. Julie was at the airport ready to pick me up and bring me to Burlington. She was friendly and a great driver and the car was clean and in great shape, it was a perfect ride so I booked them for my return. Mark was my return driver and he was on time at 6am to pick me up. He got me to the airport safe and on time. Overall Oakville Taxi is a very professional service with great drivers, superb vehicles, and excellent communication from start to finish. I would use again and highly recommend.

Oakville Airport Taxi has always been punctual & has never let me down. I've used them now for well over 4 years. Everything is simple to schedule & never have to be concerned about any issues w/ them. They arrive early as well. My last ride w/ Moe has continued this same experience. He was professional & punctual. I would highly recommend using them for any services they offer.

We used Oakville airport taxi going from Pearson airport to our hotel in Oakville. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and our driver sent us a text and said to text him when we had our luggage. He was waiting when we exited the airport and it was so nice to have a courteous and professional driver to get us into town since the traffic was pretty heavy. We also used them from Niagara falls airport back to Pearson airport the following week. Both vehicles were clean and safe Cadillac SUVs and both drivers were very skilled in navigating the Qew traffic. We will definitely use them again!
