They are contracted out by transhelp in mississauga to transport elderly, sick patients who need assistance!
Today my mom got dropped off at home and the taxi driver told her it's not their job to help a patient onto a porch lift!!
Yet transhelp is supposed to be door to door service and they contract these guys out!!!! Only for drivers to tell elderly, sick clients that it's not their job to help the client out!!!!
Hell even a stranger will help out a elderly person and can you imagine this taxi driver is getting paid and not even willing to do his job or help!!!

On September 22nd an employee at All Star taxi number, 455 prevented residents of my building from exiting or entering resident compound. By blocking other vehicles. I called to make this complaint at 8:37 AM on September 22nd. I was greeted with 2 rude, unprofessional, operators. As I was proceeded to make the complaint to operator Marjorie, she said and I quote " Before you start can you make it quick because it's rush hour." I am deeply disappointed in all customer service levels at All Star Taxi Service Inc.

I used Star Taxi twice on September 11, 2021. Both drivers were exceptional! They showed up on time and avoided traffic to get me to my destinations as promptly as possible. I appreciated their efforts to keep themselves and myself as safe from covid as possible (barrier, mask wearing, windows open for ventilation). Both drivers drove very professionally and safely!

Car with plate 241 has no clue how to drive.
Doesn’t know who has right of way. Would rather drive on opposite side of road going around a vehicle even though on coming vehicles are coming and have right away!
You think a taxi driver would be experienced, nope. I’m Toronto the worst drivers in the world. Can’t you off, drive slow a general nuisance.

Avoid this company at all cost! Here my traumatic incident with All Star Taxi License plate CJNH786:
Last week at South Common Mall parking lot, as i walk toward my Tesla, my driver door automatically opens leaving a reason gap between the minivan taxi beside mine. (All Tesla cars have sensors therefore the door will never touch the car next to it.) I got in my car and the taxi driver started swearing and screaming at me from his window, next thing i know he opened his driver door and slammed it hard into my passenger door. I did not use the taxi service today but I got to witness some service over and above from one of their drivers. I got to watch this gentleman walk the lady he drove all the way to her door! I believe this type of service is not as common anymore. It’s nice to know that some people still go over and above to provide great service! This man needs to be acknowledged.

BEWARE of these guys ANYWHERE around our car. I had stopped my car and got out waiting on my friends to bring any bags down to the hotel lobby at the 4 points by Sheraton. Within the next 3 minutes of waiting outside, one of their drivers Javaid try to make a wide turn near my car and messed up my rear bumper. And as I was running to his taxi van the guy tried to drive off! On top of that when I asked him to see his information he refused and told me I don't need to see anything because I shouldn't have been parked there, but I was a couple feet away from the Hotel entrance with my car

I work by the airport. At the old office building, I would park my car in the lot at the office and take a cab across the street to the airport. It would be hit or miss when hailing a cab to take me to the airport. Often, I'd be waiting for a while and needed to factor at least an extra a half an hour.

I have to echo most of the reviews already written on All Star Taxi Services, and would give them a zero star rating if available : I recently called All Star Taxi Services for their battery boost service. When the driver showed up, he did not follow the most basic recommendations for a battery boost ... and my car did not start. Later on, a reputable company came for the same service, and everything worked as intended.
In the meantime, All Star Taxi Services had charged my credit card ... both for the (non-existent) battery boost service, and for the ride ! but it gets worse : when challenged

I booked a cab this morning to get to St. Patrick's, Mississauga instead got dropped to different location. Since I didn't the place I got it confirmed by the driver and was assured he knew the place. It's only when I entered the building did i come to know it wasn't the place!!!
I was directed to the dispatch upon calling All Star and was very succinctly informed that All Star will CHARGE ME to CORRECT THEIR ERROR.
DO NOT HIRE ALL STAR IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE LOCATION.
THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TWICE: Once to take you to the wrong location and another to the right location!!!

Today, my car broke down in Mississauga. I live in Toronto so I arranged for a Toronto cab company to come to my place of work. Unfortunately that company did not show up (traffic). I googled local companies and recognized All Star. I didn't get the driver's name but he safely drove me home to Toronto and patiently waited while I got wine :) Of course I got home safely. Pleasant conversation and reliable service. I would definitely use this service again if necessary.

Unimpressed today by one of their drivers that raced from behind to cut me off from merging out of a lane that was ending for construction. Only at the point that we were practically side by side - with me siding up to construction pylons - did the taxi driver finally stop so I could move. Of course, the taxi driver was upset with me as though I had been reckless.
I called the taxi company and was told that the drivers are independent contractors. They were uninterested in even taking down the license plate of this particular driver to follow up with someone that represents their company.

If you use this company, what you will most probably get:
- Rude aggressive drivers who won't say hi back to you, who will actually pick-up a fight with you especially if you are with your kid, who will not say thank you when you tip them, or help you with your bags.
- Many of the drivers do not know the road and keep asking you to tell them. They even sent me a new driver when I requested a taxi to the airport who could not find his way to my house and had me delayed for my flight.
- careless driving.
- zero customer service. if you call with a complaint they will hang up on you or call

Taxi driver should know Toronto roads. I was going downtown from Mississauga and he wasn't familiar with Richmond, Spadina, Adelaide. His excuse was he only knows local roads. Who takes taxi to only commute within Mississauga? Unless he is pretending to be clueless so he could rack up some extra $$ for unnecessary driving.

Taxi Driver 260-a very rude and horrible person. Takes the wrong route, starts yelling and giving me attitude. Turns off his meter when I wasn't looking. LOCKS ME IN THE CAB! And calls the cops! Meanwhile I'm hyperventilating from the heat and anxiety from feeling claustrophobic! I call their head office and I'm forced to pay just to get the hell outta there! These guys should not be in business!!!

I used this company a couple of times to go to the airport but the last time (when I went to Puerto Rico) was actually terrible. Called a cab at 7 am. Arrived on time - good.
Told them I was flying American Airlines (which is the terminal other than Air Canada and United) but he insisted on driving to the Air Canada terminal. The cab driver said "okay, here, you can get off here". I said to him "no, this isn't the right terminal".
Try the other one. So he takes a drive around the airport to go the right terminal. Then he insists on charging me. I told him

I called All Star Taxi inquiring about the price of a trip. I did not book a cab. After two hours, they called saying your taxi is ready outside. I told them I did not order a taxi, I just inquired about the price. The lady there hung up on me. I tried to call her back but she never answered back.
After 5 minutes of the first call, the taxi driver called. It turned out he was picking up someone else, and she mixed up the numbers!
How rude!
