Services
Our office is situated at ground level, is wheelchair accessible, with plenty of parking at the front of the practice and rear parking lot of the building. We are located in downtown Langley City in the "Hacienda" building beside the Langley Community Policing Station and across the street from Langley City Hall and Home Hardware.

I booked an appointment here to get some of my documents notarized. When I arrived, the receptionist was cold and confused about what I needed. I tried to explain it to her, but she went to get Roman (I believe this was his name, he never actually introduced himself.) If the receptionist was cold, Roman was frigid. He looked through my documents and provided little to no explanation of what I was asking for. I read him the instructions on my application and he looked at me blankly. He was short, curt, and rude in his responses and honestly should know more as an establishment that focuses on notarization

Roman was the professional I didn’t know I needed. He thoroughly went over wills and powers of attorney for me, and explained circumstances you’d not learn from an online service.
Also had him manage sale and purchase of properties...set it and forget it he managed everything from beginning to end including keeping on top of of me for timely documentation and appropriate signatures, as well as linking up with partners (banks, insurance agency et al).
Roman is my Notary for life.
