We purchased a home which Tony Z and team were hired to sell. Conditions on our CPS were not fulfilled. The home was supposed to be cleaned by professionals and all appliances/electrical should be in working order. We dealt with feces on toilets, food in the microwave, oven, on cabinets and floors. The stove is not functioning, important electrical… does not work, plugged drains, rotting dishwasher and stains on the carpets. The repair to the roof leak was not done either. It is Tony’s responsibility to ensure his client fulfills any obligations which are signed for and to navigate

STAY AWAY! High pressure sales tactics. Pressure to sign paperwork with no copies given to us. Tony does not let you know his commission is substantially higher than the rest of realtors. He charges the standard 7% on the first 100k but charges 3.5% on the rest (opposed to Standard 2.5%). No review of these charges until the bill came. The notary public even said we were ripped off (charged $11,000 more than the rest of realtors). Find a personable realtor who doesn't meet you one time and lets his team deal with the rest. Cant believe others didn't warn us of this. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
