Kendra was so helpful for us navigating the real estate slowdown of 2019. Although we struggled without success to sell our home for 7 months from March until September, we always felt well informed and confident in our asking price. After pulling our house off the market in the fall if 2019 with a plan to list in spring of 2020, we got a call from Kendra in December 2019 advising that she had found an interested buyer. In short order she got us relisted, arranged a showing and amazingly our home sold! We had an issue with cleaners the day before the new owners were to take possession, Kendra wasted
