I highly recommend Applied Biomechanics. I have had orthotics for years and over time have come to know what I am looking for in quality of the professional I am seeing. The assessment was thorough and precise to address my needs. Excellent ability to translate the diagnostics to language I could understand. Time was taken to explain details that helped me understand the mechanics of my foot pain. They offer in store manufacturing which allowed me to have my orthotics within a week. I know that I can trust the product and the follow up with my needs for orthotics.
Thank you so much !

Shout out to Carla, she is awesome. From the first second you go in you get the sense its not about the money its about the patient first. i would highly recommend applied biomechanics to anyone looking for a knee brace or any type of brace. And to the point of a previous comment i did not find the reception rude at all, i thought they were very helpful and easy to deal with.

I had an unfortunate knee injury 3 weeks ago today necessitating a custom made brace. Got it today and love it! More importantly, I just about walked out of Applied Biomechanics Orthotics and Bracing without the cane I have been using! The brace is unique and so comfortable and functional. Thank you Fred and team for giving me back my mobility and creating the perfect brace for me! My family and friends have already commented on the dog and paw on it-smiles all around. I highly recommend this company!

Fred is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly practitioner. He explains things really well and takes the awkwardness out of someone stretching and assessing your joints. He was also super understanding of my financial situation and had lots of advice to give regarding insurance coverage.
Highly recommend!

We've been going to Applied Biomechanics for years and only have good things to say about their work and staff. My daughter has CP so requires AFOs and since she's still growing we need new braces annually. Fred is great with kids! He is very patience and enjoys explaining what he's doing to our daughter as he works (like when casting her legs with plaster). And these brace are not boring or medical looking. We've have a rainbow of colours and patterns to make the AFO fun (we're currently rock a Scooby Doo themed brace). If you're int he KW area, I highly recommend Applied Biomechanics.

If you or anyone you know is in need of custom cirrhotics, then your search is now completed. i was recommended to Applied Biomechanics by my brother who was telling me for months to book an appointment. i did and will never look back. i will always have my foot care taken care of by Applied Biomechanics.. i live in Waterloo, which shows you that… its worth the drive to see them. from start to finish they will take care of you professionally. my son was with me during my appointment, when i asked them to take a look at his feet, without hesitation they took care of him saving me a trip back
