Services
Dry eye is a confirmed medical disease that is extremely common. Dry eye disease can range from being a mild inconvenience to a debilitating condition with severe pain. The good news is there are now several effective treatments that can provide lasting comfort. You do not have to tolerate the discomfort of dry eyes or contact lens dryness.
We provide an eye exam that checks not only your prescription for eyeglasses or contact lenses, but also a thorough examination of the health of your eyes. The importance of checking your eye health can lead to early detection of diseases and abnormalities such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes and high blood pressure.
Our office provides emergency services for eye infections, eye injuries and other eye urgencies. State of the art equipment allows us to examine the front surface of the eye and also digitally scan inside the eye for infection or damage. An eye exam is important to your child's health. Approximately 80% of learning is visual. Approximately 1 in 5 children have a visual performance problem. The problem is that most young children will never complain about a problem with their vision, even when asked. They simply do not know how well they should be seeing, so they will not know if they have a problem.

I had booked an appointment at least a month ago with my optometrist, whom I have been dealing with for 40+ years to have him complete the Vision Waiver Certificate form.
On the day of the appointment, I was told that the form cannot be completed since his machine was broken and did not know when it would be repaired. He did not provide me with any alternate solution.
A family member recommended me to give Dr. Alex Mah a call.
Dr. Mah and his staff (Carol and Christina) were able to book me the last appointment on the following day (Saturday)and got the form completed. Dr. Mah and his staff

Dr. Mah is one of the most thorough, compassionate and kind doctor, doesn’t rush you, answers patiently all your questions. He is the best, I’m lucky to have him as my doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Mah and his staff for the last few years. Everyone is very professional, courteous, and engaging. They always take the time to ensure that all my needs are met and that all my questions are answered. The examinations are quite thorough. With Dr. Mah all outcomes are discussed in detail and various options for treatment are presented. At all times my comfort and confidence with the decisions we make are of paramount importance. I've been seeing Dr. Mah for over 3 years now and I'm very pleased with the medical service he has provided. Dr. Mah and his staff provide a very welcoming and friendly environment. I have been using Dr Mah for about 10 years. He and his staff are friendly, courteous and very professional. The examination is quick, efficient and well explained. The front office staff are very patient in helping you to find the right frames from a wide range of options, and provide excellent support if there are any challenges with your glasses. I used to shop at LensCrafters, but found the service here much superior and the pricing reasonable.

Mah-velous experience every time! Been going to Dr. Mah for years and the service is fantastic - I had an issue with one of my eyes and he triple checked it and did a follow up a few weeks later to ensure nothing was wrong. The office staff is extremely friendly and they have a great selection of frames and sunglasses. I highly recommend his services!
