Absolutely amazing staff. All of the ladies I've interacted with through phone calls and throughout my appointment were extremely kind, friendly, and understanding. Catherine was awesome. She is very personable and thorough. They all deserve to be recognized for their great attitudes and rapport with their customers/patients. I'd definitely recommend this place!

I had visited several eye drs trying to cure my exhausted eyes and major headaches no to avail until, I visited Eye care Kingston. They were amazing! They not only figured it out but they took my concerns seriously and treated me so kindly. Definately a cut way above the other experiences I had! I will now go no place else. I had the greatest experience not only over the phone when booking an appointment which was fast and easy. When I was attending my appointment the staff were interactive, helpful, knowledgeable, and made my visit extremely fun, so not only do I look forward in sharing with friends and family about going there for their own needs I look forward to my next visit.

Eyecare Kingston has been our go-to for a few years. Overall, our experience has been good but we've become extremely dissatisfied. A while ago, I injured my eye and the pain was not going away. I booked an appointment with Dr. Lewis. After explaining what had happened, he said that he knew exactly what was occurring and explained that I had a tear cornea without examining anything. I had to ask him to do an exam as it had been a few weeks and the pain was constant. The whole appointment took about 10 mins and I was charged $50. What an incredible place, everyone was so friendly, was well organized following covid protocol everything ran so smooth. I can not say enough about Dr. Lewis he is so friendly, knowledgeable and the best Optometrist I’ve ever seen. He was so thorough, explained everything with such detail. 5 Stars and would recommend this place to everyone!!! Very happy customer!

This was by far the best clinic I have ever been in! Their staff is absolutely fantastic! Their optometrists are highly knowledgeable, well trained and educated, and overall amazing individuals! They have up to date technology, very knowledgeable staff, and the entire visit they are super friendly and helpful. I have already suggested to friends and family to try this optometrist! The entire clinic was very clean and felt very welcoming.

Eyecare Kingston gives you that welcoming, relaxed feel of a family business that takes real pride in their work. The amount of care and detail that went into every step of my visit was evident. I was recently involved in a car accident by a reckless driver. I had called to schedule an eye exam in order to get a new pair of glasses urgently . I also advised them that I have a medical exemption from wearing a mask and they have refused to render me a service unless I wear one. Their excuse is to protect their elderly patients . I proceeded to send them the Public Health Order regarding public health exemptions and they did not budge. I am currently in the process of filing a Human Rights complaint . Upon reiterating concerns regarding my disability, they stated that I would be REQUIRED

This office is well kept, very clean with the most friendly staff. There was a little wait but that is to be expected having an apt right after covid, they handled everything with grace, care and smiles. Dr. Lewis was extremely helpful with my new prescription, also very friendly with a positive energy. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs vision help!

I had a very similar excellent experience as mentioned by other recent reviewers. I would say this is probably the best experience with an optometry clinic I've ever had. Everything from getting me an appointment within 48 hours for a concerning eye problem, to the kind and well organized office staff, and the thorough and knowledgeable optical technician and Andrew the optometrist. What was so exceptional was the clear and detailed explanation of my eye condition-something I'd never really understood before. I also appreciated the detailed education about what I need to do to manage my eye condition

My 6 year old son is type 1 diabetic, last night he broke his glasses by accident, having his glasses can prevent long term health issue for his eyes.I emailed eyecare center last night this morning they called me, I brought his glasses in within minutes they were brought back to me in a new frame. During a pandemic they took the time to help my son and care for his eyes. I cant explain how much this means to us both. This is the only place I will go for our eye care needs, they really about the customers. Thank you eye care kingston.

Dr. Jeff has to be one of the happiest, most positive people I have ever met. Luckily, I did not need glasses but he did a very thorough job examining my eye. He answered all my questions with much detail (as I am a vet tech student currently learning about the eye) and was very patient. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant as well and went out of their way to help me, even sending me copies of the images of my eyes I could use as study references. I had great experience and I would recommend them to my family and friends.
