We worked with Sarah Panther in the Rennie office and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Lower Mainland. Sarah is such a strong listener. She was very open to our needs and was able to identify properties that suited us perfectly. She worked really hard on our behalf, and coached us through a difficult and complex close. She was also timely, friendly, responsive, communicative, and dedicated. There was no pressure, and we felt like we were always the focus of her attention. Overall, her work exceeded our expectations: she is the best realtor we have worked with to date

What can I say about this company... It’s a nice machine set up to serve developers and provide a comfortable environment for the admin staff in head office. If you’re an agent with a few years experience and you’re looking for support (i.e. the marketing support they offer when you sign up), look elsewhere. I have all the respect in the work for the agents here and for the legend himself, Bob Rennie. The managing brokers are also very smart and helpful when called on. However, the culture leaves much to be desired. They talk the culture piece a lot but the do not deliver.

Brandon Blue at Rennie was the ideal real estate professional. In helping us buy a new home and sell our previous one, he walked us through the tough parts, gave wise advice, and showed up 110%. It was such a relief to work with someone so trustworthy, knowledgeable, and kind--who also got us great results!

Horrible experience based on king george hub... I arrived 2 hrs early for pre sales center to open so I am in the first group of 25 to enter... get told its a first come first serve basis only to hear they were drawing owners on a lottery system.
so what's the point of standing out in the rain 2 hrs prior to opening only to have an equal opportunity as someone who comes on the Sunday 10 mins before the sales center closes.
horrible horrible marketing and truly a disappointment.

This marketing company recently sent out cards inviting people to attend the Grand Opening of Aerie Walk at Tsawwassen Shores. We attended at about 4 pm. Upon entering we were told that if we were prepared to make an offer on the spot we could continue in. We were not even permitted to look at the floor plans at the back of the building. Basically unless we were willing to buy right then and there we were not welcome. Perhaps because we didn't arrive in a fancy imported car car with bags of offshore cash our attendance was just a nuisance. Made me think of the movies where the greasy salesman in

These guys are happy they sold out Marine Gateway quickly. But they don't say whether they told customers that the buildling that hired them (PCI) is appoint their own subsidiary as the strata management company. PCI appoints Warrington PCI to manage their own development.
This is a total conflict of interest. The strata management company is responsible to enforce the warranty and ensure the builders fix their warranty deficiences.
Rennie doesn't seem to care that they are involved in such a scam.
