The beautiful ring, the wonderful customer service, the fast responses, completing well ahead of her projected timeline. Everything while dealing with Zoran Designs was 5-stars. I went to Zorans after having issues with my original engagement ring (purchased elsewhere!) Maja was a great help and very easy to communicate with. She listened and helped me come up with a design for a new ring that resembled my original but feels and looks much sturdier. She also came up with solutions to help me stick within my budget, which I really appreciated. I had a very positive experience working with Maja at Zorans and I will happily do business there again.
