Trinity Aviation's focus is on STC'd Carbon Fiber upgrades to the Bell Helicopter 206 and Medium platforms. The design of these aircraft dates back to the 1960's, with little or no modern upgrades incorporated into the airframe over the years. We are always looking for innovative ways to incorporate current technology, materials and processes to modernize and upgrade these outstanding aircraft.
Carbon Fiber is lightweight, strong and durable, when manufactured with Autoclave technology the final product is of the highest quality. Our Bell 206 Tail Driveshaft Covers are available for the Bell 206B series and the Bell 206L series aircraft. The cover replaces the original one piece OEM cover with a two piece cover assembly and comes in both standard configuration and a unique hinged configuration.
Designed to withstand the punishment of heavy use, our advanced carbon fiber composite floorboards are manufactured using Autoclave technology producing a high quality product built to last. Trinity Aviation Services is in the process of STC certification for our innovative advanced carbon fiber floorboard for the Bell Medium aircraft.
Manufactured using Autoclave technology, all our composite products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Trinity Aviation Services has received both Transport Canada and FAA STC Certification for our Carbon Fiber Vertical Driveshaft Cover System for the Bell Medium platform. The composite cover is manufactured utilizing carbon fiber & titanium construction and does not utilize honeycomb in the manufacturing process.
