A Night Endorsement, allows the holder to fly during the hours of darkness in visual meteorological conditions under Visual Flight Rules. The minimum training hours are set out below and there is no flight test or written examination.

Anthony is an ATPL licensed Airline Pilot with a BSc. in Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia. From 1989 to 1994 Anthony worked in the airline industry gaining experience and knowledge. He started this adventure as a Flight instructor in 1989 and advanced to a Class 1 Flight Instructor and then a charter pilot on the Piper Navajo and Beech King Air.
If you've ever wanted to learn how to fly then your first step is to obtain your Private Pilot Licence (PPL). This not only allows you to fly almost anywhere with friends and family but, if you plan on making a career in flying, this is your first step to the airlines. In aviation terms, the Private Pilot License will allow you to fly all single engine, non-high-performance aircraft during daylight hours under Visual Flight Rules.
