Unfortunately, I will not be shopping here anymore. I brought a new customer in for them because I was so satisfied with the services recieved the first time I visited and got my rose quartz bracelet and charm. All to be accused of stealing while shopping here during my second visit. I don't take those accusations lightly. My friend I brought with me spent $500 in this store and was shocked at the treatment and will not be coming back as well. As a nurse and family business owner myself I was honestly disappointed and upset at this customer service. The lady was kind at first with assisting us

Love this store! It's my favourite place to go to find a gem or trinket or special unique gift for that special someone who is difficult to shop for. My only concern is they have so many neat things it's hard to make a quick stop in. Plan to be in for awhile so you can see everything they offer! It really is a neat place! Staff are friendly and kind! Well worth the trip

A ring was purchased at Tricia's for my Christmas gift. The stone in the ring was loose, so we returned back to have it tightened. Instead it was glued, and not nicely, there was glue all over the stone, and the back of the setting was simply filled in with Glue.
We left the ring to be re-set and fixed correctly. We called weekly to see what was happening. After 8 weeks, with no ring, I called again, to be told that I call too often, my ring is now in 2 pieces, we would not get our money back, but I could pickup the pieces of what is left of my ring.
