In short, what a fantastic experience. My mother was shopping for a Benz and Mike was quite simply fantastic to deal with. He went out of his way to help and was very accommodating. Mike certainly made this one of the best car shopping experiences we have had and I would confidently recommend him and Dupont Auto Centre to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

I went in looking for a new car. I was met the manager Mike, he was very professional and pleasant to speak to. He asked what I was looking for. I mentioned my likes and dislikes. It was hard to decide after seeing all my options. The manager didn't pressure me at all, he suggested to me to think about it and come back.
So I started to do more research, and I went back a few days later and test drove a B250.
I strongly recommend anyone who's looking to buy a vehicle to check out Dupont Auto.

Before dealing with Mike and his team, my cynical side told me that it was just not possible that all the extremely positive reviews on the website accurately represented the experience of dealing with Dupont Auto Centre. I could not have been more wrong. Mike is the most honest, open, sincere and understanding sales person I’ve ever dealt with. His follow up support is second to none. It’s a drive to get to this dealership from Elmira but I will be back. Thanks Mike for reminding me that there are still a lot of good people out there.

Bought a 2019 Mercedes Benz C43 from Dupont and it was a great experience. I dealt with Mike the General Manager and he was a pleasure to work with. The vehicle was in the show room in pristine condition inside and out. Mike and his team are courteous and professional. Bought my 2013 Audi RS5 from Mike at Dupont Auto Centre and it was a great experience. I told Mike the first day I met him that he was by far the best sales person I've ever dealt with when buying a car. The showroom is impressive, both quality of the cars and the general presentation. As a new resident to Canada, here less than 2 months, Mike was able to work out a deal to finance the car that fit into my budget.
