For over 25 years, I have been providing legal support services in real estate law and personal planning to clients in Chilliwack and the Lower Mainland. It had been a dream of mine for some time to start my own business, so in 2010 I applied for and was accepted into the Notary Education Program, which in recent years has been upgraded to include a Master's degree in Applied Legal Studies through Simon Fraser University.
Conveyancing is the technical term for the process which is done by a Notary or Lawyer to transfer legal title to a property that has been sold to a new owner. It may also involve transfers of title where no money is changing hands.
It is also used to describe the paperwork which must be done in order to grant your lender a mortgage over the title to your property as security for monies borrowed or to put a line of credit in place for future borrowing.It can involve the transfer and/or mortgage of real property (both residential and commercial), personal property, leases or subleases, the assets of a business and manufactured homes.

We just left the office and had an exceptional experience. Its a lovely office and every one was very happy and helpful! The fees were less than what we are accustomed to as well.
