Blue Sky is a small boutique style fitness studio with a big heart located in the community of St. Vital on St. Anne's Road in Winnipeg Manitoba. If you are tired of being a number in a big gym floundering and not getting the results you crave. As a boutique style studio you can expect an entirely different experience when you walk through our doors.

Our mission is to deliver a variety of high quality, up to date, innovative, challenging, small group classes and personal training sessions in a non-intimidating, personal, fun and inclusive environment. We strive to move our clients to better health and fitness and provide them with the tools to get there.
Services
Let's face it, there is no shortage of spots to workout in Winnipeg. You got your yoga studios, your big box gyms and your muscle factories, but what you don't see a lot of is a place that goes beyond the 45 minute mark, one that cares about every level of your health and wellness, one that wants your emotional spirit to be as healthy as your physical body.
Just wanted to share this and say thanks. The first half of this run pictured is pretty typical for me, the 2nd half is probably some of the best per mile. Kathryn was knowledgeable, encouraging and really motivated me to work hard. Well here we are in Arizona! Having a great time exploring and golfing.
Bi-monthly we feature meaningful charities to our Blue Sky Family.charities that have meaning to our members, our clients and most importantly our friends. When our clients are touched by heartache, setbacks or need support we want to be there to help in any small way possible.

I feel blessed that in my lifetime I haven't had to worry about having food on the table, a roof over my head, or any awful illness bestowed upon a family member or close friend.And that is why I want to give back through karma classes and other community events that help our amazing community in so many great ways.

Blue Sky's studio classes are run by an amazing team of trainers who will motivate and challenge you each and every day to get you in the best shape of your life! Did someone say 500+ reps? This high-intensity interval and sculpt workout is proven to be an extremely effective workout which boosts heart health, improves endurance, builds strength and maximizes fat burn.

I’ve been a member of Blue Sky for years, but never taken on a challenge. After lock downs and working from home for 18 months, I developed some bad habits. I knew it was time for a change. The challenge was a kick start to healthier eating and moving more often throughout the day – which meant a healthier me. The recipes provided were easy to make and (surprise) they tasted great! I looked forward to making and eating them. After 21 days I’m almost down to my pre-covid weight and, more importantly, starting to feel like myself again. Thank you, Kathryn!

This is an amazing gym. No matter what your physical condition when you start you always feel comfortable and able. The owner is kind, warm and genuine and that is the ambiance of the whole studio. The trainers who work there have the same great vibe. I highly recommend Blue Sky Studio. Five stars!

Great gym with many class selections.
Kathryn is very professional and supportive.and genuinely cares about her clients.
Classes have options for a lower impact so you can modify the program to suit you.
In addition to a selection of excercise programs, Kathryn provides lots of nutritional information.
I would highly recommend checking this studio out.

Blue Sky Fitness and Health Coaching has been so supportive during the past 18 months of pandemic life. The on-demand feature, as well as the private Facebook group have provided a great variety of workouts to keep me motivated for home workouts. In addition, I have so much appreciated being able to maintain my personal training sessions, whether in studio when possible or by Zoom during lockdowns. The trainers have put so much effort into keeping us all active and continuing to work toward our fitness goal in spite of constantly changing restrictions and public health guidelines. BlueSky got me back in shape before I started training at the RCMP academy. After being pretty sedentary because of the pandemic, cold and lack of space where I lived. I did group classes and 2 weeks of 1 on 1 training which was very helpful to prepare me physically. Great atmosphere and people. As always, you get what you put in, always got a really good workout and results!

Kathryn and Bluesky fitness is more than a gym it is like a small community. Her classes are small so you get to know each other. Kathryn and the coaches she hires keep classes interesting and challenging but yet offer modifications for those who have knee or shoulder or other issues. The variety of classes is exceptional and anyone can find a class that is suitable for them.

Instructors are top notch- I appreciate their attention to form and correcting it when I'm exercising incorrectly. Workouts are varied so it never gets boring. An encouraging and motivating atmosphere every single time! Feels good to be improving my strength

I recommend that you give Kathryn and her team of instructors at BlueSky Fitness and Health Coaching a try because they are top-notch. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is. Whether you opt for personal training or participate in the small group workouts, they will offer options - especially if you have an injury. They are so motivating and push the members to continually improve their fitness level. I love my BlueSky family!!!

Love Kathryn's circuit classes for seniors. Really gets us moving and she's careful to work with the physical limitations some of us have.
