Not the same as it was when it was State Farm. No personal interaction with the agents... you have to call the insurance adjusters & submitt case number as well as information as to the accident not being my fault. I just felt that I had to do too much of my own leg work that I've never had to do in the past! I'm not discrediting Alan Hillman but the whole structure has changed since acquired by Dejardins and Certas.
