I arrived for my appointment on time, while waiting in their front area, myself and my boyfriend along with a few other clients could hear the operations manager talking to client very rudely with her door half open. After the phone call she proceeded to complain saying “i just wanted your damn address, I Can’t deal with this today.” My boyfriend and I both hoped at that moment we would not get her. Terrible company. To begin, I have been with Kafka for almost a year now and the first three months they changed my insurance amount 3-4 times.
1) When I called to schedule a meeting to get insurance, I was told the amount of deposit to bring which ended up being more when I arrived. 2) I wanted to add a second car to my policy and I was told it was possible. I registered my car, paid over 500$ (mind you this is without the insurance yet) and when I went to confirm the case, they told me ‘they couldn’t add a second car’ and that ‘they can’t do that work in their office’.... after I

I will always remember the slogan they have on their wall " it's better too keep a client then lose one" it's too bad they can't practice what they preach.
They are all fine and dandy when they have your signature and your business,
