They covered me with all the requirements I need for my time in Canada.
Thankfully I didn't need to use my insurance, but their customer service and expertise on coverage is second to none.
I am a British Citizen in Canada, waiting for my Permanent Residency Status to be accepted, so this coverage is adequate for my needs so far.
I was recommended by Windsor Regional Hospital to take out this policy as the hospital would respond well to this coverage with no nasty expensive bills to be pre-paid at the hospital should an emergency occur.
Thankfully I have not needed to use my insuranc policy

I was reviewing travel insurance quotes on their site yesterday. I was ready to purchase but when I clicked purchase or "ok" I received an error message and that the transaction could not be processed. Checked my email and sure enough nothing came through. The site popped up with an error message and that was it.
I then left your site and purchased insurance elsewhere as I have no time to deal with buggy websites. Now, the VERY next day I received two charges of $512.40 from you. Obviously I am disputing this since we never actually verified the purchase since it returned an error message. I received
