I recently purchased approximately 90' of black regal glass system railings for my cottage deck renovation. We overlook a beautiful body of water and wanted to ensure the view wasn't blocked by railings. After a bunch of research we chose this product and could not be happier. They are easy to install for DIY'ers, look great, weather well, and have created the ambiance my wife and I were looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this product again for a similar project. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer!

I like the product but the warranty is non existent. Bought the LED lighting for my glass and stairs and it really looked great because it lit the steps really good. It wasn't a year that the RF controller quit and I had no lighting. I emailed and told tec support that I tested everything out and there was power into the controller but not out. Email came back questioning how I figured that out. Saved up for a year and paid almost $200.00 for a new light kit tested each part out and when I installed the new controller it worked. I promptly Emailed back and told what happened and weeks have gone

Purchased an entire glass decking rail system from regal ideas. Product was generally good and system was easy to install. There was, however one problem with the product. A minor item, a set of "6 foot vinyl inserts for tempered glass" (a $30.00 retail item), was damaged and unusable when received.
" I contacted the company, was referred to their warranty department, was informed they would get right back to me, and then blown off. Still haven't heard back from them."
The Company subsequently contacted me and Andrew provided incredible customer service. Regal has gone

We used these on our front deck. Quite straight forward and easy to install. We ran into a bit of an issue with one product whose application was not clearly clarified on the website (which they are addressing) which in the end didn't work for us, and which we had started to install and thus could not just "return" to the store we bought it. I contacted Regal directly, and in the end if anything they went overboard to make things right. Just installed a Telesteps 1000L telescoping ladder to access the attic of my home. We used a 1/2" birch plywood to make the door and piano hinges. It takes a little time to study the installation instructions but when I called customer service for two questions - they answered the phone quickly and gave me the information needed to complete the installation. Very happy with the end results.

Installed Regal LED lighting system last year and I must say how impressed I am with the complete system. It looks just as new as the first day it was installed. I did not think I would use the lights as much as I do. The rail installation was super easy. Highly recommend watching the videos before hand as it made the install that much easier. Recommend this product to anyone that is wanting a true maintenance free railing system.

Incredibly poor customer service. Purchased railings less than 3 years ago, they are poorly made and faulty. I spent thousands of dollars on their railings, just to have had a piece of glass fall out, luckily my child did not fall through as well. The railings have been installed professionally, and to regal railing specifications. Regal offers a "20 year warranty" and will not honor that. I was informed they did not start making my style railings until 9 years ago - even though I purchased them less than 3 years ago - this shows they can not be older than 9 years (not 20!) I will not be installing
