Poor customer service. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't trust this company. They have no time for providing customer service , customer information or any type of service. It seems that if they are currently busy, they don't demonstrate any professionalism in booking a time to help new clients or even to listen to what the request is.
Poor communication skills. It's actually probably a blessing that I didn't receive any services. It would be a nightmare if I needed service follow up.

I think you are a very cool man. I am going to write about this on your website so that people will know it also. I read one guys comments about you putting a
lien on his house after not being paid and he complained that you didn't warn him that you were going to do that but as he sold the house, you had no choice. You should have warned him but if you can't reach him, it's pretty hard to do. But that was still his mistake for not keeping his agreement with you. You are not a bank. You have no fault there. I like dealing with you. You are friendly, do what you say and your prices are competitive
