Went to ProTune for a complicated emergency repair on a very short notice. Mark was so helpful. He did the repair even though this was the busiest time of the season for him. He is very skilled and knowledgeable and has the customer’s interest in mind. The charge was also very reasonable. I am 100% satisfied and extremely happy with his work. I’ll be going back to him in the future for my auto repairs and tires needs.

Mark is a great and very honest mechanic. I really enjoyed my experience with him. I would highly recommend and refer him to anyone that wants a mechanic they can trust!
Long story made short: I reached out Pro Tune to get a second opinion on an 'issue' a corporate auto shop had identified. Mark's expertise and thorough inspection of the supposed issue, that was raised by other shop, revealed that the other shop was in fact fabricating things in an attempt to get me to pay for unnecessary repairs! A simple visit and inspection by Pro Tune saved me from getting ripped off. I am grateful for their

I was looking to install new summer tires on rims as part of my seasonal tire change over routine. So after calling around and being refused service in several other neighbourhood spots (telling me that they will not be able to do it for me until a week or two after), I know spring is a busy time for seasonal tire changeovers, still I wasn't planning to leave a car with them occupying a lift/bay, just needed a simple tire swap. I called ProTune and was told to drop them off and they will tend to them whenever they will get a chance, so wheels were ready for me to pick by the end of the same day
