I was recently a client of Chad for a business transaction. Throughout the transaction the communication from Chad was flawless. He is easy to get to and replies e-mails and call backs in a very reasonable time. I particularly loves that he CC's some of the e-mails that he sends out so I can fully understand the exact wordings exchanged to have a full understanding of the situation. On some of the issues that surfaced, Chad had given me some sound advice. Overall a great notary to work with and highly recommended. Look forward

We were impressed with Chad and his assistant Ashley. He explained all the details of the paperwork. He took the time to explain so much to us! We used his service on summer 2010. Maybe, because we are older people, he tried to pry out of us some information that is not relevant for the document. We did not fall for his tactic. When we returned to sign the document, it was not ready, so we had to wait about 45 minutes. His overall manner was poor when dealing with clients. We would not use his service again.
