The gentleman that helped me renew my truck insurance today was fantastic- very fast and efficient (I was seriously there 4 minutes tops). The employee was very polite and wished me a wonderful day upon leaving. Definitely recommend this location and would go here again.

Today your working employee, yelled, belittled and told me to stop speaking today. I have been a customer for years and feel extremely disrespected. The tone, attitude and volume of voice coming from this site's employee was the most disrespectful and abusive customer service I have ever encountered. Looking through the posts I can see others have experienced this. After asking him to stop yelling at me, he then refused to serve me and said I couldn't speak to a manager because they are unavailable.
Never returning and will be in contact with the complaint department.

Went there with some questions about the new Insurance changes.
The guy there was very informative and explained it thoroughly.
Nice to finally find an agent that knew what he was talking about. Mostly you get an agent that tells you to call ICBC and is unhelpful...
Will definitely come back to renew.

I wish there was a minus rating!!!! The absolute worst customer service EVER!!!!! I have never in all my life seen such incompetence. Paid auto insurance in full, but still receiving letters from ICBC stating that I owe hundreds of dollars. I personalty think that whoever is doing the hiring of these incompetent people should think very hard about what their company stands for , and if they even care... oh right, they don't...
