Creamy and rich New York style cheesecake with graham crust, either plain or with your choice of topping. Apples and walnuts baked into our New York Style cheesecake, graham crust, topped with more apples and walnuts and finished with Phipps caramel sauce. Smooth unbaked light chocolate cheesecake on a bed of dark chocolate cake crumbs, drizzles with Belgian chocolate ganache.
The brownie for vanilla lovers is heaped with walnuts, Belgian chocolate chunks and caramel drizzle. West coast classic with chocolate and graham crumb base topped with a custard butter icing and finished with melted Belgian chocolate. This stunner has just enough tartness to pucker the lips while still delivering all the sweet goodness you expect from a square.

Not the best - something has changed. We recently purchased a cake we had to return as it was literally bland and had no flavour. Over Thanksgiving, we bought a Blueberry Pie that had leaked through the bottom of the box, sealing the pie to the cardboard box. Staff are disgruntled and seem to view customers as a rude intrusion in their day. Will look to Bobbette & Belle going forward for our cakes and pies.

I had their blackbottom pecan flan in my office for three hours because they suggest you leave it out for three hours to let it come to temp. Why is it blackbottom? It's a chocolate pecan flan. They don't skimp on the pecans. So many delicious pecans. I could smell it the entire time and it killed me because I didn't want to wait. It was super satisfying to finally eat it.
Their cakes/cupcakes are moist and tasty. My favorite is the red velvet, which is topped with a nicely tart cream cheese frosting which balances out the sweetness of the cupcake.

Being a typical worry wart that I am, I was really stressed out about my wedding cake. I wanted something really, really nice...almost surreal...to reflect my wedding theme and my personality. These guys are the real deal! They handled my wedding cake so perfectly :) The first time I saw it, I couldn't stop watching with my face aglow,plus a feeling of warmth and pride sweeping through my whole being. Saying I was impressed is an understatement.

I wanted to indulge in some guilty pleasures so I decided to give myself a treat at Phipps desserts, and then I discovered that it wasn't so guilty as I soon discovered that they use natural ingredients without preservatives or additives. My first course was to taste one of the delectable cupcakes and I was stuck!

These bakers are the real deal! I just couldn't get enough of their sweet treats, and when I bought the sweet basket selection for my children,they kept hinting on how much they would love it again for Christmas! Nice food and very tasty...I'll surely recommend for anyone that has sweet cravings while still being health conscious..like me :)
