When the Gordey sisters opened their doors back in 2015, all we wanted was for a fully vegan restaurant to exist in the downtown core. We knew that we couldn't be the only ones wanting options, so we threw caution to the wind and embarked on a journey that was more chaotic and educational than we could have ever imagined.
As we grew, and the community grew with us, together we created a space where guests could feel comfortable & safe when walking through our doors. While we've always been passionate about providing delicious vegan food to locals and visitors, it has become clear how important it is to tirelessly work towards liberation for humans, our planet, and all animals.

We are always on the lookout for "that special someone". If you have qualities that you think would be beneficial to our guests experience, we want to meet you! We hand-pick our team very carefully, and prefer to promote internally those who are interested in opportunities. Went to Kelowna for 3 days to visit family and I loved this place! The first time we visited was for coffee/hot chocolate and cupcakes and everything was delicious. We enjoyed it so much, we decided to go for brunch the next day. I ordered the harvest wrap with the crispy hash patties and spicy mayo and it was the best vegan breakfast I've ever had! I loved it so much, I ordered it for breakfast the next day too. My boyfriend (who isn't vegan) ordered the pulled pork sandwich (made out of potato), and he said it was very good (of course I had to try it too and I thought it was delicious as well

A must-try restaurant when in Kelowna! We ate here twice on our trip (couldn’t leave without trying more of the menu) and will absolutely be back. The service was great, very friendly and accommodating staff, and a lovely, warm vibe with all the soft lighting and the abundance of real plants! Our top two favourite dishes were the pad Thai and the str8 up tofu Benny. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, we highly recommend getting the pink fog or the turmeric latte.

This restaurant has made the bar as far as vegan food in Kelowna. The owners are incredibly passionate vegans who want to spread fantastic food among kind people. The scene is very young and hip with a nice focus on the "Cafe" serving great coffee and comforting food to fit your fancy. A must experience vegan restaurant in Kelowna.

I am still thinking of the buddha bowl i ordered! It had amazing flavours - i ordered it with quinoa instead of rice and would highly recommend it. The seitan was flavoured amazingly but i can’t say i loved the chewy texture of it (as a non-vegan). The service was a little slow but friendly. I’ll be back soon - maybe for takeout next time. The Naked Cafe is a staple! The best food in Kelowna! The "Nalu Bowl" is my personal fave, but everything on their menu is VEGAN and amazing! You can't go wrong! Not to mention, the Cafe is owned & operated by the most incredible animal activist sisters! You can feel good supporting them and the amazing work they're doing (both in and out of the cafe).
