Our family really appreciates the caring and professionalism of everyone at Arbour Lake Dental Care. The dentists, hygienists, receptionist, all the staff and the facilities are first rate. Arbour Lake Dental Care also provides a really nice holiday party in December for all the families and this years was a wonderful outdoor opportunity than took into account all of the Covid protocols!

I was referred to Arbour Lake dental because I wanted a porcelain veneer for a front tooth. But these guys did so much more than I ever expected. I am a hard patient to treat because I have a small mouth and have had maxillofacial surgery which doesn't allow me to open my jaw very wide. This is very frustrating for some dentists as well as being extremely uncomfortable for me and sometimes even traumatizing. The hygienist here at Arbour Lake dental, Karma, is one of my new favourite people. She made recommendations that as vastly improved my dental health, so much more than a clean and get out

The only place I've ever been comfortable in my whole life for getting my cleaning done. I am an anxious, and complex dental patient. Jackson has been the best hygienist I have ever had. Unlike anyone else, he's incredibly reassuring, calming and skilled. I recently moved, and have to go elsewhere, and hope I will find someone as amazing as Jackson in my future!

I had an incredible experience at Arbour Lake Dental. Dr Chris was so gentle. I literally didn't even feel the injection for freezing. He explained what he was doing and did an incredible job. The assistant was also friendly as well as the front end staff. Awesome experience as usual. Wont go anywhere else.

The experience at this dental facility was amazing, even though I was nervous when entering the building the front staff were very reassuring as well as friendly towards me. The questions that I posed to the dentist were answered thoroughly as well as in great detail. The processes that were given for the post treatment were clear as well as quite prepared for patients. I highly recommend this dentist!

I've never felt so mistreated before in my life because of my colour. Everyone was treating me so differently that even Dr. Chris himself who barely touched my teeth (probably wouldn't have at all if I hadn't insisted that they were actually hurting) seemed to dislike me. I felt it already from the beginning--- from reception, where I saw only… pictures of white people on their wall frames. And then, to the hygienist who seemed to be mad at almost everything I said. And then, Helen, the person who did my X-ray gave me weird vibes as if I couldn't understand anything, in my head I was just

This is the first and only dental office I have ever felt comfortable going to. The staff is amazing - very caring, attentive, friendly and open to discussion about any dental procedures. Dr. Chris is very thorough with his exams and he takes the time to explain what he is doing. I highly recommend Arbour Lake, especially if you have had negative dental experiences in the past as I had. They will welcome you and make it as pleasant a experience as a visiting a dentist could be.

The staff at Arbour lake are always cheerful, helpful and kind. Cleaning practices have increased since Covid but this clinic has always maintained very high standards. The hygienists and dentists provide excellent service, procedures are well explained, and the work is carefully and quickly done. All within a comfortable and calming environment.
