It all started when Rick Robson threw a rock into his neighbours window when he was 12 years old. Robson's dad encouraged his son to pay off the costs to repair the window by working for his foundation repair company. Rick at the age of 12 had the opportunity to excavate his first foundation and work waterproofing basements begin.

Mark & Steve did a fantastic & thorough job fixing a poorly filled hole left from an old chimney. Mark assessed the problem thoroughly - and they even double checked our weepers to ensure our foundations healthy was in good shape when they left. We were super impressed how it looked like they were never here at all - everything was clean & put back to how it was before hand.

If you’re looking to get a bunch of quotes done don’t bother. Just call Mark. Super polite, courteous, accommodating, fair and transparent pricing. Kept to his timeline flawlessly. He and his crew (Steve? Steph?) are A++ Human beings, you won’t find anyone better or more knowledgeable. They also kept my home very clean considering they were jackhammering indoors for 4 days straight. Amazing work and amazing people.

I have worked with Robson Foundations on numerous projects both as the customer and as a property manager, and have had a fantastic experience with them. Mark is very personable, he and his team work incredibly hard, they are very flexible in how many services they can offer, has some great ideas, and the work absolutely speaks for itself. They take very good care of their work and it definitely shows. Most recently I purchased a home and the first person I called was Mark because I knew I would get all the information needed and that I could rely on him and his team. You can definitely count on

Mark the owner and his team are extremely professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Their work is superb and their approach to the job really indicates that they care about their customers. The jobsite was left clean every night and every step of the job was communicated thoroughly. Amazing team and amazing work!

I wanted to write this review to share our AMAZING experience with this company. First of all, the work they did to our basement is top notch. We have a very old house (140 years old) and the basement used to leak like crazy. After a rain fall or in the spring we had actual puddles in our basement, and after the work they did it is completely dry. I am blow away by the quality of their work and just our overall experience with the whole process. They were very responsive, good at commutating with us and they stuck to their schedule. Mark and his team repaired a basement crack for us 2 years ago and we haven't had a problem since.
We didn't feel any pressure to pick Robson when Mark explained the process to us which made us feel really comfortable. There were no "dumb questions" with Mark and he took the time to make sure we knew what kind of work was happening and why.
If/when we have any new basement issues we'll be calling Robson to do the work without question.

Mark and the team at Robson were fantastic - cheerful, on-time, and left our basement cleaner than it was before the water got in.
They provided us guidance and support throughout the project, suggested a multitude of ways to protect our home against water in the future, and took care of everything from demo to completion.
It was evident they care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you have waterproofing issues, this is a great company / great people to deal with.

About 25 years ago I called Robson to repair my leaking front basement wall.Rick Robson and his crew did a professional job, as it hasn't leaked since. A few weeks ago my rear basement wall had a bad leak.Again, I called Robson, and the new owner Mark with his crew dug and repaired the wall in the usual professional Robson way.Before they left they cleaned up the area as though they weren't there. I highly recommend this company, and Mark will be doing a quote on my son's basement too.
